You can return orders within 30 days of dispatch and receive a full refund. Please note that you are only eligible for a full refund if the products you return are in their original condition, sealed and unused.
Ordered the wrong prescription, or your prescription has changed?
If your prescription has changed, or you’ve accidentally ordered the wrong prescription, you can return any unopened boxes in their original condition to our returns address.
We will be able to organise replacement lenses once we have received the unwanted product.
