AHLEM was launched in 2014 by Paris-born, Los Angeles-based designer, Ahlem Manai-Platt.

AHLEM’s designs are influenced by early 20th Century Bauhaus design principles. Rigorous attention to detail, the insistence on exceptional materials, their commitment to sustainable methods and an abiding obsession with arts and culture combine to inform AHLEM’s vision.

Each AHLEM frame is lovingly handcrafted in France, using acetates and metals of the highest quality. These luxury frames have a contemporary edge and are available in a range of neutral colours and classic finishes.
