We had a fantastic experience at this optician. We were traveling from abroad to obtain these lenses and Anmol was instrumental in making it possible. She was in continuous communication to help us get the lenses ordered in advance of our trip and then get them cut while we were in town. Heather was also fantastic answering our many questions about the lenses and myopia. Overall a great experience and I would highly recommend this optician to those near and far.

I have had the best experience with Auerbach & Steele who have recently helped me with contact lenses. I had recently been told by another optician that in their opinion I'd never be able to 'crack' contacts (as someone who had a fear of touching their eyes) I was a bit of a tricky patient! I was however, sure I would be able to with a bit more practise, I just needed an optician with a little patience and who would spend more than 30 minutes with me doing a teach. The care, patience and customer service I received at Auerbach & Steele has been truly 5 star! A massive thank you to both Jamielee and Jasmine who took the time with me to get my confidence up! This place is so fab and funky. These are my second pair of specs from Auerbach & Steele. Unfortunately I lost my other pair! I've got contact lenses from here too. It may be pricey however it is well worth it. The service is second to none. The professionalism is second to none and I have to thank Anmol for her patience and expertise. Would I want to save a few quid and go somewhere else? No! I can't wait for their new frames to come in next month. I'm so happy I went here for my eye check last year. A great find and so colourful.

The staff are thoroughly professional, patient and helpful, and what may at first glance look like slightly above-average prices soon turn out to be way-above-average value for money in terms of quality of service and the attention you get to that most precious possession of yours: your eyesight. And since the beginning of the Corona Crisis, their measures to protect customers and staff have been exemplary. I have been going to A & S since 2009. I love their frames. It is an extremely friendly practice with helpful knowledgeable staff. They have a huge choice of frames and accessories to go with. Excellent customer service and aftercare. Nothing is too much trouble. I don't go anywhere else and would highly recommend them.

Great experience. The whole process was really seamless. The eye test was in depth and the optometrist was really knowledgeable. Choosing the glasses seemed daunting at first, but I got a lot of help and had my glasses within a week. Getting glasses has made life much easier. I would definitely recommend.
